Private Dining is the creation of a special dining experience, custom-tailored to fit the particular needs and tastes of a family or group of friends or business associates.
At Sassafras, we work with many different clients to create all sorts of special Private Dining experiences. Because of our great wine list, lots of folks ask us to create unique, specially-prepared food and wine pairing menus for them. Others want a private room in which to celebrate a family event or entertain business associates. Some clients take over the entire restaurant for the evening to hold a reception or dinner meeting.**
PRIVATE ROOMS
THE ARCADIA ROOM is the perfect spot for a private office luncheon, meeting or gathering and can accommodate 8-12 guests.
THE FOREST ROOM can accommodate groups from
24 - 40 guests.
THE OUTDOOR TERRACE holds up to 70 guests. Open April thru November.
